I had ordered Matilda wash out pens for gridding on my cross stitch aida cloth. No one else in Australia had them. They are a fine tipped water soluble pen that you can grid your cloth, without the ink bleeding like the felt tip pens do. Ordered 2 and received a call to say they only had 1 in stock but would be getting more in the next week. They have arrived and I am impressed by the fast postage and customer service that went above and beyond, keeping me informed as to where my order was at. Will certainly use Fabric Patch in the future. Thanks again!

I have dealt with Janeene a number of times and the service I have received is exceptional. Whenever you call it is a very pleasant experience as Janeene is so friendly and helpful. All emails are also answered quickly. The range of fabrics is great and it is hard to choose. Among my purchasers are two Kits and the choice of fabrics is amazing.
