6. Shipping: We ship our products to various locations within the Australia and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your order and destination. More details are outlined below.
7. Returns and exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of recieving your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. More details are outlined below.

We do not guarantee that our website will be free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components. Shipping

Shipping prices are auto-calculated based on your order and shipping address.

All goods are sent via Australia Post.

Tracking is included for all regular 500g/Small, 1kg/Medium, 3kg/Large & 5kg/Extra Large parcel post satchels (Australia only).

Express Shipping Option If express shipping is available, the option will appear in the checkout.

All orders are sent at your risk as we have no control once we have handed them over to Australia Post.

We post orders worldwide. All postage will be calculated after your address has been added in the checkout.

Refund Policy

Should your goods arrive and are found to be defective or damaged, please contact us and return the return to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have inspected the goods and they are deemed to be fautly or incorrectly supplied, we will dispatch a new order immediately. Should the goods be no longer available, we will offer a replacement or refund, which ever your prefer.

Please note that it is very important that you inspect goods as soon as they are received in order for us to refund should there be a problem.

We do not refund or exchange patterns unless the item is faulty, so please choose carefully.

Refunds will be processed once we recieve the returned item and may take up to 7 days to process.
