FABRIC REQUIREMENTS (based on 44″/45″ widel fabric):
• Fabric #1 (main skirt): 1 1/8 y. (petite) or 1 1/2 y. (tall)
• Fabric #2 (waistband & tie): 1/2 y. (XS-S) or 2/3 y. (M-L)
