The Sweet Dreams Baby Quilt Pattern makes a really lovely gift and is very quick to make as it is ‘Quilt as you Go’ quilting.
Measurements: 102cm 81cm (40in x 32in)
Fabric Requirements based on fabric 110-112cm wide
Assortment of fabrics: Five inch charm packs work well (54 x 5in squares are needed to make this quilt)
5 x 10cm stripe fabric for in-between blocks
7m x 2cm wide bias joining tape, alternatively 8 x 1.5in wide strips for joining the rows can be made and instructions are included with this pattern
85cm cotton wadding
25cm fabric for binding
9 x 15cm wide strips of fabric for quilt back. (5in wide strips needed)
Consider using a few different fabrics to make the quilt reversible and interesting
30cm Vliesofix or equivalent
