Riley is an adorable peasant-style dress with a rounded neck band, a paneled front body and a whimsical bow detail that will make every girl twirl with delight. Choose a long- or short-sleeved version and make it with or without the contrast ruffles for a different look every time.

SUGGESTED FABRICS: Quilting cotton, shirting, lightweight denim, babywale corduroy, voile and lawn, 44″/45″ w.

FABRIC REQUIREMENTS: based on 44″/45″-wide fabrics. Fabric #1= Outer dress panels and sleeves, Fabric #2= Center dress panel, Fabric #3=Neck band, bow and ruffles

NOTIONS:
• Fusible lightweight interfacing: 1/4 yard for all sizes.
• Elastic cord: 2″ long piece for all sizes.
• 1/2″-wide shank button: one for all sizes.
