Fabric Requirements: Throw Size
15 Fat Quarters or subtitute 3/8 yards for directional prints
1 7/8 yards white solid
1 1/8 yard outside border
5/8 yard Binding
5½ yards backing

Fabric Requirements: Crib Size
6 Fat Quarters (or more for variety) – or subtitute 3/8 yards for directional prints
7/8 yards white solid
1/3 yard binding

2 5/8 yard backing
(if you are careful, you could get away with 1 ½ yards if the width of the quilt fits between the selvage edges of the 1 ½ yard)
